Recording Draconian Love by Avantasia

This one is one of my favorites by Avantasia. Herbie Langhans' vocals on this track are absolutely amazing! I thought it would be a fun idea to track this at home, so I got an audio interface, EZDrummer, EZBass and a bunch of keyboard samples and started transcribing the track in GuitarPro.

4. I actually had not humanized the EZDrummer track so it was sounding very mechanic. This mixdown has that fixed.

4. Adjusting some volumes and re-recorded the delayed guitars in the intro and verses. mp3 file

5. Adjusting the reverb and delay on the Piano and using a different sample that is brighter. mp3 file

5. Some more volume adjustments and changing the patch for the bass strings on the verses mp3 file
